At Mayfair Farms, we have renewed our interest in local produce, organic and sustainable agriculture. Our very own Victory Garden (re-established in 2010) was inspired by the mid-century gardener and provides an abundance of fresh herbs and vegetables for our use in our kitchen throughout the growing season. We believe that great meals begin with great ingredients.
